Report a wrong date
Dates are the whole point of this site, so a wrong one is the most useful thing you can tell us about. Write to info@dateandclock.com and include:
- the address of the page (for example, the CPP payment dates page),
- which date or rule looks wrong, and
- a link to the official page that shows the right date, if you have one.
We compare it with the official source, correct the page if needed and update its "last checked" date.
Suggest a page
Is there a date you keep looking up that isn't here yet? Tell us what it is and, if you know it, which government office or organizer publishes it. We only add dates we can confirm from an official source, and we write each page once and keep it up to date every year rather than making a new page for each year.
What we can't help with
Date and Clock is not a government office. We can't see your tax account or benefit file, we can't tell you why a payment hasn't arrived and we can't change a payment. Please contact the office that pays you:
- Canada child benefit, other CRA benefits and personal taxes: Contact the Canada Revenue Agency.
- Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security and Employment Insurance: Contact Service Canada (ESDC).
- Provincial programs such as ODSP, Ontario Works, AISH or BC income assistance: the ministry named on that program's page on this site.
Each payment page on this site explains what to do if a payment is late and how long the paying office asks you to wait before you call.
Your message and your privacy
Please don't send personal details such as your social insurance number, banking information or benefit file numbers: we don't need them and can't use them. We use your email address only to reply to you. The privacy policy explains what else the site does and doesn't collect.
Questions about advertising or partnerships can go to the same address.
